Ok here is what emp and i came up with

Off the coast of england there lies a island and to the outside world not much is known about this island except that there is a large building there. The island is four miles across and 14 miles long. In the exact center there is a large building and a smaller one right next to it. The larger of the two buildings is a school and the smaller one next to it a power plant. the island power plant draws energy from a underwater volcano that is near the island where the power plant draws its power from. It has been told that if one digs too much into the school they disappear or suffer a unfortunate accident. Some suspect that the school is for delinquents other say it's a prison for kids who can't be held in normal prisons. The truth is it's a school for assassins but not just any assassins. It is a school for only the assassins who posses special abilities. At this school the students are taught how to control their unique abilities. They are also taught how to kill. The time has come for a new school year to begin.

I put blackstate up in the forums and you all can start adding characters now. each character can ONLY have up to 3 abilies. And one more note the dorms they all stay in are not separated and people can choose to room whereever. there are 3 bunks per room
