Morning,
I had a delivery of an item from Lost Mobile and it arrived but no notification of its arrival was sever sent to anyone. Can you guys kindly look in to why this happened? The tracking number is Y0058293434-A.

I am Marshall Douglas and I work for the X Track Client Services Unit. I have been forwarded your request by our Government Accounts Service Center. I have contacted our shipping center for the region of space your vessel is currently located and have asked their supervisor to look in to the matter. I will update you when we have additional details on this case. I am truly sorry that we failed you in providing timely notification of delivery... With your preferred client status we should have not treated you in such a manner please accept my apology while I work on this for you. I have added a credit to your delivery account should you need further deliveries from us as compensation for our error.
