I am coming to you all with some news related to support services and basically staffing for all the services maintained by me, my communities and the online operations of both DIMS as well as IGA (soon to become The GameChanger). Due to limitations with staff availability, email issues, our systems generally just being in the process of moving we will be changing to only providing support via this forum until further notice. If you are going to be giving money to one of these organizations limited support will be offered to you over Discord or email at the finance email. For certain business matters we will still have a phone number. Outside of this all support from here on out until further notice will be given over forums. I am sorry if this annoys anyone but really since we only have like three people who actually support you guys anymore and all of our Portland staff are focusing on TGC’s local operations we cannot continue to provide you many different ways to reach us; we have enough to work on fixing with our limited staff as things currently operate.
